The IIB company was once again the sponsor of the BIZIT conference, which celebrated its 10th anniversary this year, and was held from November 8 to 9 at the “Yugoslavia” hotel in Belgrade. By participating in this event, we had the opportunity to meet again with dear colleagues, friends and users, as well as to share our knowledge and experience in the process of implementing ERP solutions.
The CEO of IIB, Miloš Bošnjak, on the second day of the conference, held a lecture “Automation of manufacturing ERP from the point of view“, where he spoke about the challenges of implementation of an integral information system from the aspect of manufacturing, starting from planning through operational management and finally the analysis and optimization business processes. Furthermore, he participated in the panel “ERP on user satisfaction“, where participants discussed what makes a satisfied customer and how to improve communication between consultants and users.
