On May 26, 2026, at Ada Ciganlija, in the “Druga kuća” restaurant, IIB held a gathering called “ERP majSTORIsanje”. Traditionally, IIB user gatherings, known as “ERP meetings”, are held at the end of May and beginning of June, but since they were organized last year in September, this time IIB decided to organize a shorter gathering to present novelties related to eDelivery Notes and other software products, along with socializing with users and recreation on golf courses.
The gathering began with a welcome cocktail at around 10:30 am, and half an hour later, Miloš Bošnjak, director of IIB, opened the gathering with a short presentation of the agenda. Then, Mirko Smolić gave a lecture on eDelivery Notes, novelties in this area and the implementation process within UPIS ERP so far. After Mirko’s lecture, Branko Đaković, creative director of the “Tomato & Tomato Communications” agency, addressed the attendees, who pointed out the importance of personal branding and communication skills. He particularly emphasized that, with a little advice and suggestions, users can be helped to go from an average performance to a top-notch level of presentation and communication. Then, Miloš Bošnjak gave a lecture on the topic “What ERP Should Not Be”, sharing experiences from the field – what is offered, what users really get and how much such solutions cost. He emphasized that ERP is not the same as an information system, which is a much broader concept, and that the different ERP solutions offered cover different horizontals (scope of business functions) and verticals (specialization in certain business areas). Finally, Mladen Ležaja and Miloš Bošnjak presented a new communication solution – sending messages via the Telegram platform, directly from UPIS ERP. The solution was demonstrated live, so the participants of the meeting, who were registered in the appropriate Telegram group, could receive documents and participate in a short survey.
After the formal part, lunch and socializing followed, and then the participants, divided into several groups, visited the golf courses on Ada Ciganlija, where they had the opportunity to learn about the basics of golf, the rules of the game and try their hand at this sport. The meeting took place in a pleasant and positive atmosphere, with the presence of about a hundred participants and the announcement of a larger gathering in the fall, as part of the 18th ERP meetings.
