This year IIB again participated in the BIZIT conference, a place where business and information technologies meet, share knowledge and exchange experiences. Our director, Miloš Bošnjak, gave a lecture entitled “What ERP should be”, and a little later he was a participant in the panel “The user on the throne: what is he looking for, what is he getting, what is (not) holding him back?” You can find out more details in the following text…
The twelfth BIZIT was held from November 4 to 5, 2025 at the “Metropol Palace” hotel in Belgrade and gathered more than 600 participants from the fields of information technology, telecommunications, sales, distribution, production… The first day was dedicated to lectures dealing with Data Centers and IT infrastructure, while the second day of the conference focused on business software: ERP, CRM, DMS and other solutions. The lecture given by Miloš Bošnjak was called “What ERP should be”, and in it he first gave a short overview of our anniversary – 35 years of IIB, and then he dealt with specific topics related to the implementation of ERP: user requirements, challenges, solutions… A little later, he participated in the panel “The user on the throne: what is he looking for, what is he getting, what is (not) keeping him?” where he pointed out that the most important thing for the success of the implementation is an open and honest relationship with the customer.
The gathering took place in a bright, positive atmosphere. We had the opportunity to meet partners, users and some other dear people and exchange news. The organization was excellent, we look forward to participating in the next BIZIT conference.
